RSRWC Vision:
Construct a wastewater treatment facility and pipeline network that cost effectively meets growth and regulatory requirements of the region and sets an example for collaboration on a regional scale infrastructure project.
Project Background:
RSRWC will be constructing a new regional Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and wastewater sewer system to collect and treat wastewater from multiple communities throughout the region. This project involves retrofitting existing community lagoons with lift stations to pump wastewater via new forcemains to the regional WWTF. Once treated, effluent from the WWTF will discharge on continuous basis directly to the Red River.

• Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) WWTF
• Forcemain (multiple contracts)
• Lift Stations (all sites)
