Jake Epp Library Rebate
As of January 22, 2025, the RM of Hanover Council has passed a new policy regarding Jake Epp Library memberships.
Any resident of Hanover who wishes to purchase a library membership with the Jake Epp Library may apply for a credit back for part of that membership. For 2025, the rebate is $55. This rebate will be applied to the tax roll for residents or by rebate check to those who do not own land in Hanover but reside here (ie. tenant).
In order to process the rebate, please fill out the electronic form below.
Please note a receipt of payment from the Jake Epp Library must be uploaded at the time of submission. If you are a tenant applying for the rebate, a receipt of payment from the Jake Epp Library AND proof of rental residence (current rental receipt) must be uploaded at the time of submission. Please expect 2-3 weeks for processing time.

This form is to be completed when a person(s) from the RM of Hanover is requesting a rebate on their membership fees for the Jake Epp Library. Property Owners - The rebate will be applied directly to the applicant's tax roll. Renter/Tenant - A check will be mailed to the applicant. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Please note: Only one rebate will be applied per calendar year per roll number/street address.
