BOIL WATER ADVISORY

FOR THE GRUNTHAL PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM

Issued by the Medical Officer of Health, Manitoba Health and 

the Office of Drinking Water, Manitoba Environment, Climate, and Parks

August 9, 2022

A distribution pump failure on August 9, 2022 has led to the loss of water pressure in the Grunthal distribution system.  Distribution depressurization can compromise the safety of the water supply; therefore, a boil water advisory has been issued to ensure public health protection.
